Aqua-Pure APC77 Cartridge

The APC77 cartridge can effectively remove chemicals and other contaminants that cause taste/odor problems with drinking water. The granulated carbon can remove VOCs (volatile organic compounds) and THMs (trihalomethanes) from water. Many VOCs are chemical compounds frequently used in industrial applications as metal degreasers, paint solvents etc.  THMs are a family of hazardous compounds formed by the reaction of chlorine (used to disinfect public water supplies) with natural organics in the water.

Also the APC77 is capable of removing dirt/sediment down to 5 microns. This filter can deliver bottled quality water for only pennies per gallon.
