Fits filter housing AP510. This filter cartridge has triple action capabilities. It's activated carbon content removes chlorine and enhances the taste/odor of water. Secondly this system will remove dirt/sediment down to 5 microns. Also the Silophos component allows this unit to inhibit scale from developing and becoming problematic. Siliphos is a 100% pure food grade scale inhibitor approved by the USDA.
