Unit is very well made, disappointed that I had to spend an additional $20 on adapters. Not sure why the inlet and outlet is so large. No undersink hoses are that large, forcing you to buy adapters, maybe sell the unit with them.

After doing an extensive Amazon search for HOT WATER FILTERS, I basically came up dry. I was shocked that our choices of Hot Water Filters is so limited. I was glad though to see KleenWater offered a filter that basically use the standard 10 inch filter housing. I am happy with my purchase. I just wished KleenWater had more competition so buyers had more choices. But then again, I don't know anyone who actually filters there hot water other then myself. After installing the Filter, I did notice that the filter mounting bracket is rather (in my opinion) cheap and flimsy since it's made out of plastic. If they offered an upgrade in there parts department, I would gladly purchase one. I would much rather have had a good sturdy metal mounting bracket. So, I guess in a few months we will see if and how this helps. I also place a water pressure gauge in-line so I could at lease monitor pressure readings, if my filter gets dirty before the expected change date. So, as for now, I am very happy with my purchase and I would also recommend there filter to other buyers.
